Refund & ECU Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Used Digital Goods

Softechpro Solutions is a specialized, professional-grade software. Due to its digital nature and immediate HWID generation, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable once used. We log all activations and ECU file processing events. If logs show your HWID has been registered and attempted modifications, you are explicitly disqualified from a refund.

2. Mandatory Prerequisites

3. ECU Functionality Variances

Modern ECUs vary significantly. While our heuristic algorithms support a vast array of ECUs, we do not guarantee 100% compatibility for every file version in existence. Unsuccessful patches are normal occurrences and do not constitute grounds for a refund. Professionals must manually verify hex dumps.

4. €1.99 25-Hour Real Software Test & Automatic Monthly Basic Subscription (€75.00/mo)

When purchasing the €1.99 25-Hour Real Software Test, you receive immediate access to up to 10 ECU files during a 25-hour test window plus 3 non-expiring Tuning Credits (worth €30.00 — €10.00/credit) usable for Stage 1, Stage 1+, Pops & Bangs, E85, VMAX, HardCut and Damos A2L. Unless you cancel your subscription in your account profile before the 25-hour test expires, your subscription automatically continues on the Monthly Basic plan at €75.00/month (10 patches/day, 2 tickets/day, 1 PC). All initial and recurring charges are strictly final and non-refundable.
